Garden Lights Manufacturers Introduces The Main Causes Of Garden Lights Failure

Update:24 Jun

Garden Lights Manufacturers introduced the main reasons for garden lights failure:

1. The construction quality is poor, and the proportion of failures caused by the construction quality is very large.

main reason:

(1) The depth of the cable trench is not enough, and the sand-covered bricks are not constructed according to the standard;

(2) The production and installation of the aisle pipe do not meet the requirements, and the two ends are not manufactured according to the standard;

(3) When laying the cable, the fourth embedded pipe was not built according to the standard requirements, mainly because the embedded pipe was too thin, plus a certain degree of curvature, it is difficult to wear the cable, there is a "dead bend" at the bottom of the foundation, the thread end The crimping and insulating packaging are not thick enough, and after a long period of operation, the phases are short-circuited.

2. Poor material quality

The main reason: the wire contains less aluminum, the wire is relatively hard, and the insulation layer is thin.

3. The quality of supporting projects is not good enough

Yard lighting cables are usually laid on the sidewalk. The construction quality of the sidewalk is poor, the ground sinks, and the cable is deformed by force, which leads to the cable armor. Especially Northeast China is in an extremely cold area. The arrival of winter makes the cables and soil form a whole. Once the ground subsides, it will be strained at the bottom of the garden light foundation, and when there is too much rain in summer, it will burn at the root of the foundation.

4. Unreasonable design

(1) Overload operation. With the continuous development of urban construction, courtyard lights continue to extend. When new courtyard lights are built, they are often close to which courtyard lights are connected to which circuit. This causes excessive load on the courtyard lights, overheated cables, overheated wire noses, and reduced insulation. Ground short circuit, etc.;
(2) In the design of the courtyard light pole, only the light pole itself is considered, and the space of the cable head is ignored. After the cable head is wrapped, most of the doors cannot be closed. Sometimes the cable length is not enough and the joint production does not meet the requirements. It is also a factor that causes failure.
